About Us
HiCenter Ventures is an investment fund dedicated to accelerating the entrepreneurial and technological ecosystem in the city of Haifa.
The fund was established in 2008 at the initiative of the Haifa Economic Corporation and the Haifa Municipality, with the support of the Israel Innovation Authority (then the Office of the Chief Scientist), with the goal of promoting entrepreneurs and technology startups at various stages of development.
Over the years, the fund has expanded its areas of activity to address the diverse needs of entrepreneurs and startups in Haifa, with a strong emphasis on fostering a supportive environment for innovation. To this end, HiCenter Ventures provides a comprehensive business development support package, including guidance in capital-raising processes, connections to strategic partnerships, and assistance in addressing the unique growth challenges faced by startups.

What we do
HiCenter Ventures Investment Fund supports high-potential early-stage technology companies across a wide range of sectors, with a strong focus on BlueTech, DeepTech, and DefenseTech.
The fund invests in post-POC ventures with proven innovative technology, strong interdisciplinary teams, and initial funding in place.
Selected companies receive a direct investment of NIS 300,000 through Phantom Units (FAQs), with the option of an additional NIS 100,000 investment.
Our mission is to identify, invest in, and support innovative companies with breakthrough potential, helping them establish themselves as leaders in their respective fields.
Since 2020, the fund has invested in over 100 groundbreaking technology startups, which collectively raised more than NIS 1 billion during their period of activity at HiCenter Ventures.

HiCenter Power Computing is a national High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI services initiative led by HiCenter Ventures, in collaboration with strategic partners and with the participation of the Israel Innovation Authority.
The institute provides advanced computational capabilities that directly support Israeli research, industry, and technological growth.
Our mission is to bridge state-of-the-art HPC infrastructure with real-world scientific and industrial challenges, solving complex, computation-intensive problems beyond the capabilities of standard cloud solutions.
The institute focuses on classical HPC simulations, AI/ML workloads, and high-performance computation, serving sectors including energy and materials science, life sciences and biotechnology, aerospace and defense, automotive and manufacturing, as well as AI, big data, and advanced analytics.
We are in collaboration with leading international HPC technology providers and research centres to ensure Israeli academia and industry gains access to the best infrastructure and expertise available.
The Israeli National Center of Blue Economy and Innovation is dedicated to addressing global challenges in the marine realm, and leading Israel’s Blue Tech sector. Their vision is clear: they’re aiming to spearhead a tech-driven entrepreneurial community that prioritizes environmental sustainability and economic growth. As a vital hub for Blue Tech start-ups, we provide essential support and resources, fostering innovation and driving Israel’s prominence in this field. The National Center invests capital in startups and assists in securing funding. Through strategic partnerships both locally and globally, the organization showcases Israeli technology. It collaborates with governments, industries, investors, and academia to transfer know-how from academia and the industry, thus facilitating its commercialization.
Located in Haifa – the country’s Blue Economy capital – the National Center is at the heart of Israel’s marine innovation scene, surrounded by ports, universities, and maritime institutes, driving entrepreneurial activity nationwide.
Established in 2022, the center was born out of Israel’s commitment to sustainable ocean management, following the adoption of the Blue Economy strategy in 2018.
